From a Land Far Away: The Journey of Rajma to India 

Rajma is Bae! 

Much as we love Rajma-Chawal, our random trips to obscure dhabas or to doodle in the saucepan with this kidney-shaped pal for a homely brunch, its combination with anything is to-die-for. A large scoop of butter over the hot preparation or nibbling it with plain yogurt or raita, it's almost unbelievable that the much-loved delicacy is not of Indian origin.
